This Xebec development, currently under construction, will deliver a 264,500 square foot, multi-tenant, Light Industrial building located in North Charleston, SC, in the North Charleston submarket, approximately 12 miles northwest of Charleston International Airport. This Class-A building is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2019 and is divisible for up to four units.

Light Industrial facilities are designed for single-location processing, fabricating, assembly, or disassembly of items. Charleston has become one the country’s fastest growing industrial markets, in part because of the reshoring of manufacturing to the United States and South Carolina’s status as a right-to-work state. Additionally, the Port of Charleston is one of the few deep-water ports in the country that can accommodate larger ships traveling across the Atlantic or through the recently expanded Panama Canal.
