Light Industrial facilities are designed for single-location processing, fabricating, assembly, or disassembly of items and related distribution. Charleston has become one the country’s fastest growing industrial markets, in part because of the reshoring of manufacturing to the United States and South Carolina’s investment status as a right-to-work state.
