This Xebec-planned logistics park will consist of four speculative buildings, each over 1,000,000 SF, and four independent container storage yards, approximately 6 acres each. Phase I, currently under development, will include two Class A buildings, totaling over 2,100,000 SF, and all four container yards. Phase I is expected to deliver both buildings in the first quarter of 2022.

Bulk Logistics buildings are large-scale modern logistics facilities with convenient access to transportation corridors and intermodal freight transportation hubs with major demographic reach for the modern business-to-consumer distribution model. The Logistix Hub South Dallas park is strategically located adjacent to interstate 45, which connects Dallas and Houston, and just 5 miles south of interstate 20. Additionally, the park is less than a mile east of the Union Pacific Dallas Intermodal Terminal which serves as Dallas’ intermodal hub in the global supply chain.
