This Xebec-planned logistics park is designed to consist of four speculative Bulk Logistics industrial facilities, each over 1,000,000 SF, and four independent container storage yards, six acres each, to be developed in two phases. Logistix Hub South Dallas is strategically located adjacent to Interstate 45, which connects Dallas and Houston, and just 5 miles south of Interstate 20 and is less than a mile east of the Union Pacific Dallas Intermodal Terminal. Phase I includes two Class A buildings, totaling over 2,100,000 SF, and all four container yards. Phase I was completed in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Bulk Logistics buildings are large-scale modern logistics facilities with convenient access to transportation corridors and intermodal freight transportation hubs with major demographic reach for the modern business-to-consumer distribution model.
