This Xebec-developed logistics park consists of two Class A industrial logistics facilities totaling approximately 441,000 SF. The buildings are 175,000 SF and 260,000 SF, respectfully, and can be configured as freezer/cooler space. This Infill/Last Mile project is strategically located in close proximity to UPS Worldport, one of the largest automated package handling facilities in the world. Logistix Hub at Louisville was completed in the third quarter of 2021.
Infill/Last Mile facilities are smaller fulfillment centers and warehouses located in dense urban areas that facilitate prompt-deliveries or provide short-term warehousing.
