This Xebec-planned logistics park will be comprised of two Class-A industrial warehouses totaling approximately 435,000 square feet. The buildings are approximately 175,000 and 260,000 SF and are designed for use by either a single or multi-tenants, and as freezer/cooler ready space. This Infill/Last Mile project is located in Louisville, KY within the Louisville Airport submarket. The site is in close proximity to UPS Worldport, the largest automated package handling facility in the world and the center point of UPS’s worldwide air network. More than 300 flights arrive and depart daily, and the hub processes roughly two million packages a day, increasing to more than four million during the December peak holiday shipping season. The two warehouses are expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2021.

Infill/Last Mile facilities are smaller fulfillment centers and warehouses located in dense urban areas that facilitate prompt-deliveries or provide short-term warehousing.  There is significant demand in this region of the country for logistics and distribution solutions to service the densely populated regions throughout the U.S.
