This Xebec-planned, approximately 404,000 SF modern Class A, 36’ clear, Bulk Logistics industrial facility is currently under development. The project is strategically located in close proximity to the newly approved Amazon logistics airport, Interstate 4 and the Polk Parkway, approximately 30 miles from Tampa and 60 miles from Orlando. Logistix Hub at County Line Road is expected to be completed in May 2021.

Bulk Logistics buildings are large-scale modern logistics facilities with convenient access to transportation corridors and intermodal freight transportation hubs with major demographic reach for the modern business to consumer distribution model. Central Florida has one of the fastest-growing populations in the U.S., and is a center for distribution within Florida.  Regional population growth is spurring demand for eCommerce logistics and warehouse properties throughout the region, including the “I-4 Corridor” connecting Orlando and Tampa Bay, two of the fastest growing cities in the country.
