LOGISTIX HUB AT I-4

This Xebec-developed, 537,400 SF Class A Bulk Logistics industrial facility is strategically located along the “I-4 Corridor” in Central Florida. The project is situated less than five miles from Lakeland Linder International Airport and located approximately 40 miles from each of the densely populated and rapidly growing metros of Orlando and Tampa. Logistix Hub at I-4 was completed in 2021.

Bulk Logistics buildings are large-scale modern logistics facilities with convenient access to transportation corridors and intermodal freight transportation hubs with major demographic reach for the modern business to consumer distribution model. Central Florida has one of the fastest-growing populations in the U.S., and is a center for distribution within Florida. Regional population growth is spurring demand for eCommerce logistics and warehouse properties throughout the region, including the “I-4 Corridor” connecting Orlando and Tampa Bay, two of the fastest growing cities in the country.

Logistix Hub at County Line Road was acquired by Xebec Logistics Trust, an affiliate of Xebec, in March 2021.
