The park is strategically located within the highly desirable market of the Inland Empire in Southern CA, directly north of the CA State Route 60 and three miles east of Interstate 215. This location, near two major transportation corridors, enables distribution throughout the entire Southwest. Ironwood was completed in 2021.

Three of the buildings at Ironwood, totaling 385,279 SF, were acquired by Xebec Logistics Trust, an affiliate of Xebec, in March 2021.
