This Xebec-developed industrial park is comprised of a four Class A buildings, totaling 424,800 SF, with a combination of Bulk Logistics and Light Industrial facilities. The park is strategically located within the highly desirable market of the Inland Empire in Southern CA, directly north of the CA State Route 60 and three miles east of Interstate 215. This location, near two major transportation corridors, enables distribution throughout the entire Southwest. Ironwood was completed in 2021.

Light Industrial facilities are designed for single-location processing, fabricating, assembly, or disassembly of items. The Inland Empire has been a rapidly growing industrial market because of its close proximity to Los Angeles. The Inland Empire has strong interstate highway infrastructure, and a large labor pool, making it a strong complement to the Greater Los Angeles market.

Three of the buildings at Ironwood, totaling 385,279 SF, were acquired by Xebec Logistics Trust, an affiliate of Xebec, in March 2021.

The fourth building, totaling 21,471 SF, was acquired by a third-party in March 2021.
