This Xebec-planned logistics park will deliver six buildings ranging from 175,000 SF to 4,000 SF, totaling 500,634 SF of leasable space. The project is located in Simi Valley, adjacent to California State Route 118, the main east to west artery connecting the San Fernando Valley west and Ventura County. Easy Street is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of 2022.

Infill/Last-Mile facilities are smaller fulfillment centers and warehouses located in dense urban areas that facilitate prompt-deliveries or provide short-term warehousing. There is significant demand in Los Angeles for these facilities because of the rapid growth of eCommerce and the dense urban population of the Los Angeles Metroplex.
