This Xebec-developed 145,700 SF Infill/Last-Mile industrial logistics facility is located within the densely populated market of Greater Los Angeles. The property is strategically situated near three major highways, Interstate 10, Interstate 605, and CA State Route 57, providing access to Los Angeles International Airport and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) and Union Pacific intermodal yards that are connected to the Los Angeles/Long Beach Port Complex via the Alameda Corridor.
