This Xebec-planned Class A building is presently planned to consist of an 84,800 SF Infill/Last-Mile industrial logistics facility located on NW 72nd Street in Miami, less than one mile away from Interstate 95, the main North-South corridor that runs through the East Coast and is less than seven miles from PortMiami’s containerized cargo terminals and intermodal facilities. 72nd Street Miami is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022.

Infill/Last-Mile facilities are smaller fulfillment centers and warehouses located in dense urban areas that facilitate prompt-deliveries or provide short-term warehousing. The Miami market provides excellent last-mile distribution access throughout Southern Florida. PortMiami’s multimodal interconnectivity, which provides a direct link to Miami’s interstate highway system and intermodal rail access, also provides access to 70% of the U.S. population within four days.
