Ty Hack

Development Manager

Ty Hack joined Xebec in 2025 and serves as a Development Manager. In this role, Mr. Hack is responsible for implementing Xebec’s development strategy and maintaining the integrity of investments in development properties in the Greater Los Angeles and Inland Empire markets.

Prior to joining Xebec, Mr. Hack served as a Development Associate for TA Partners, specializing in the development of high-density wrap and podium apartment complexes. Prior to TA, he worked as a project manager for Van Daele Homes, where he oversaw the development and construction of large-scale single-family home communities throughout Southern California.

Mr. Hack attended the University of California Irvine where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Drama in 2018. While at UC Irvine, Mr. Hack competed for the school’s Division I Men’s Water Polo Team. He subsequently attended the University of Southern California where he received a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development in 2024.
