ANDREA MILLHORN

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Andrea Millhorn joined Xebec in 2022 and serves as a Development Manager. In this role, she is responsible for the execution of development projects throughtout the Country including asset predevelopment activities, construction, leasing, and disposition.

Prior to joining Xebec, she served as a Civil Analyst at Kimley Horn, where she worked on industrial and multifamily projects throughout Southern California.

Andrea attended Loyola Marymount University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. She also holds a Professional Engineering license (P.E.) in the State of Texas.
