SHEAN KIM

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Shean Kim, joined Xebec in 2017 and serves as Senior Vice President of Development.  Mr. Kim is responsible for executing Xebec’s development strategy and maintaining the integrity of investments in development properties in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Prior to joining Xebec, Mr. Kim was an Assistant Project Manager at McCarthy Building Companies Inc., where he was responsible for overall project management for commercial construction projects.

Mr. Kim attended the University of Washington, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management in 2008 and received a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California in 2016.
