HEATHER BROWN

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Heather Brown, joined Xebec in 2019 and serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Ms. Brown is responsible for all Human Resources services, including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations and training, performance management, benefits management, and aligning the organization’s people strategy with its business strategy.

Prior to joining Xebec, Ms. Brown was a Human Resources consultant, bringing over 20 years of progressive experience in the private and nonprofit industries. Prior to working as a consultant, Ms. Brown held human resources positions in the construction, insurance, and nonprofit industries.

Ms. Brown attended California State University, Fresno, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Human Resources Concentration, and the University of San Francisco, where she received a Master of Science in Organizational Development.
