ACQUISITIONS ASSOCIATE

Laney Kern, joined Xebec in 2021 and serves as an Acquisitions Associate supporting the Acquisition team on efforts nationwide. Ms. Kern is responsible for performing financial underwriting, economic analysis, as well as assisting in the due diligence process and identifying potential acquisition opportunities. Prior to her current role, Ms. Kern worked on Jones Lang LaSalle’s Valuation and Advisory team in Chicago.

Ms. Kern attended the University of Missouri where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Banking with an Emphasis in Real Estate in 2019.
