SCOTT Di CESARE

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, WEST COAST REGION

Scott DiCesare, joined Xebec in 2022 and currently serves as a Development Manager. In this role, Mr. DiCesare is responsible for execution of development projects throughout West Coast, managing projects in design, documentation, entitlement, and construction.

Prior to joining Xebec, Mr. DiCesare served as a Design Coordinator at LPA Design Studios where he focused on and executed several commercial development and life science development projects in Southern California. His contributions to the industry were recognized with an AIA Design Award based on a case study of a mass timber office development.

Mr. DiCesare attended University of California, Los Angeles where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology in 2011, and the University of Southern California where he received a Master of Architecture and Certificate in Real Estate Development in 2018. While at UCLA, Mr. DiCesare competed on the track and field team in the pole vault and decathlon.
