RANDY KENDRICK

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Randall R. “Randy” Kendrick is the founder of Xebec, a national logistics real estate platform and has served as its CEO since inception in 1996. He leads the company’s development, acquisition, and capital markets strategies while serving as Chairman of its Executive Committee. Randy has close to 40 years of experience in logistics real estate.

In 2021, Kendrick acquired Sandow Lakes and currently serves as CEO of the Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture, LLC (“SLR”).  The project consists of approximately 33,000 acres of land.  With this acquisition, SLR became one of the largest private owners of fully permitted and vested water rights in the state as well as one of the largest electrical infrastructure projects in the state.

As part of the master plan for Sandow Lakes, Xebec is developing the world class Advanced Manufacturing & Logistix Campus (“AMLC”). Upon completion, the 3,300-acre “Mega Site” will be home to some 35 million SF of modern advanced manufacturing and logistics space.

In 2024, Mr. Kendrick spearheaded the establishment of Sandow Lakes Energy Company (“SLEC”), with focus on developing a 1,200 Mega Watt Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (“CCGT”) plant at Sandow Lakes. As CEO of SLEC, he is dedicated to bringing the nation’s most efficient CCGT plant online by the end of the decade.

During the pandemic, Kendrick also established a Class A soundstage business in Sylmar, CA.  Sylmar Studios will complete construction in 2025.  The company is also developing sound stages, and recording and creator studios in Nashville, TN and Louisville, KY.

Kendrick earned a BS in business administration from USC and completed the University’s Real Property Development and Management Program in 1986.  As a patron to USC and Marshall Business School, he endowed the Kendrick Global Supply Chain Institute to be a global leader in the study of supply chain technologies.
