VICE PRESIDENT OF ACQUISITIONS, NORTHEAST REGION

Justin Passaretti, joined Xebec in 2020 and serves as Vice President of Acquisitions for the Northeast. Mr. Passaretti is Xebec’s market leader in the Northeast covering a region that includes some of the most robust industrial markets in the country, including Northern New Jersey, the Lehigh Valley, and the New York Burroughs. He is responsible for identifying acquisition targets, performing financial and economic analysis, and negotiating deal terms. Prior to his current role, Mr. Passaretti served as a broker within CBRE’s Supply Chain & Logistics practice in their New Jersey office.

Mr. Passaretti has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Lehigh University. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in New York, and New Jersey.
