DAVIS BITTNER

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CENTRAL REGION

Davis Bittner, joined Xebec in 2017 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President of Development.  In this role Mr. Bittner is responsible for the execution of development projects throughout the country, including asset predevelopment activities, construction, leasing, and disposition.

Additionally, Davis is actively involved with the development of Sandow Lakes, a 33,000 acre “Mega Site” in the heart of the Texas Triangle, including ‘The Switch’ – a 3,300-acre advanced manufacturing & logistics campus. This world class campus will be home to approximately 35 million square feet of class A advanced manufacturing and logistics buildings upon its completion. It will also provide 10’s of thousands of jobs and economic activity to Central Texas for decades to come.

Mr. Bittner attended the University of Mississippi where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (Managerial Finance and Real Estate) in 2017, and the University of Southern California where he received a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development in 2020.
