Instead, consumers shop from their phones, tablets and laptops. The emergence and continuing growth of eCommerce has transformed not only how consumers interface with retailers, but also how, and where, retailers interface with consumers, and how retailers manage their inventory. This continuing shift towards eCommerce and need for inventory logistics management creates new and growing opportunities in industrial real estate.
