Who We Are

Xebec is a privately-held real estate firm focused exclusively on providing real estate investment opportunities to institutional and private wealth investors through the acquisition, development and management of bulk logistics, infill/last-mile and light industrial properties located in top-tier markets in the U.S.

Xebec’s management team provides long-term, stable management with more than 100 years of combined experience across real estate acquisition, development, and management, as well as equity capital markets, debt financing, and regulatory compliance.

TO ECOMMERCE

The way we shop is changing. In growing numbers, consumers abandon the brick-and-mortar locations of their favorite retailers, assuming those retailers have physical locations at all. Instead, consumers shop from their phones, tablets and laptops. The emergence and continuing growth of eCommerce has transformed not only how consumers interface with retailers, but also how, and where, retailers interface with consumers, and how retailers manage their inventory. This continuing shift towards eCommerce and need for inventory logistics management creates new and growing opportunities in industrial real estate.

At Xebec, our disciplined investment strategy is designed to take advantage of this shift in inventory logistics management with focus on a singular product type—industrial real estate. We focus on distribution centers (bulk logistics), warehouse and fulfillment properties (infill/last-mile properties which facilitate same- and next-day delivery to consumers and other users) and light industrial properties. We seek to develop these properties primarily in U.S. coastal and inland logistics markets with major port and rail terminals, and with trucking intermodal infrastructures. We also seek similar opportunities in these markets for light industrial properties primarily in right-to-work states for manufacturers and other users looking to locate in these top-tier logistics markets.
