JOHN WIRFS

VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT, SPECIAL PROJECTS

John Wirfs joined Xebec in 2023 and currently serves as Vice President of Development. John is responsible for Xebec’s special projects portfolio including studio/entertainment, master planning, and adaptive reuse projects throughout North America.

Prior to joining Xebec, John served as a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager focused in the technology industry and in-house at a large international media company managing design and construction for a variety of project types from planning and design through construction. Prior to that, John worked in the architecture field managing campus planning and design and construction in the mixed use and higher education sectors.

John attended the University of Southern California, where he received his Bachelor of Architecture in 2000. John lives in Los Angeles and is an avid outdoorsman and triathlete.
