VICE PRESIDENT - PRIVATE CAPITAL
Henry Pfirrmann, joined Xebec in 2016 and serves as Vice President of Private Capital. Mr. Pfirrmann is responsible for a variety of capital markets initiatives including managing relationships with existing investors, developing relationships with prospective investors, sourcing and coordinating the formation of private capital for opportunistic and value-added projects. Mr. Pfirrmann leverages his background in technology to also manage Xebec’s digital marketing and data analytics initiatives.
Before joining Xebec, Mr. Pfirrmann worked for TriGuard Management, a large secondary private equity firm where he was actively involved in the raising of TriGuard’s $660 million Fund VII. Prior to joining Tri-Guard, Mr. Pfirrmann was an investment banker with Piper Jaffray & Co., focusing on technology initial public offerings and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions. During a sabbatical from finance in 2012, Mr. Pfirrmann served as Deputy Finance Director for Scott Brown’s U.S. Senate campaign in Massachusetts which raised more money than any Senate campaign in history, and later served as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for the Republican National Committee.
Mr. Pfirrmann attended the University of Southern California where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 2010. Mr. Pfirrmann is a former Board Member of the USC Alumni Association’s Young Alumni Council, and he has been actively involved in raising money for the USC Marshall School of Business since 2006.
